How To Cook Baked Stuffed Mushrooms With Tomato Sauce And Lettuce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of tomato sauce
  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 10 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, 1 finely chopped, 1 whole
  • 1/2 cup chabat
  • 75 grams of grated cheddar
  • 100 grams of mixed lettuce

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Remove the stumps from the mushrooms.

Pour 100 milliliters of water into a pan. Put the mushroom caps in the tray, arranging them with the stumps facing up. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven, allow to cool.

Switch on the stove on the upper rack.

Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped mushrooms, onions and thyme in a little fat. Cook for 10 minutes until softened. Add the chopped garlic in the last minutes.

Cut 4 thin slices of ciabatta, and grind the remaining bread into crumbs, then mix them with grated yellow cheese and black pepper.

Distribute the filling in the mushroom caps, sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.

Spread a little olive oil on the ciabatta slices and bake for 3-5 minutes until crispy. Rub them with a whole clove of garlic for garlic taste.

Bake the mushrooms for a few minutes.

Serve the mushrooms on tomato sauce, add from the fresh mix of green leaves and garlic slices.
