Required products :

150 grams of flour
200 milliliters of fresh milk
1 egg
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon oil

Method of preparation :

Pour the flour into a bowl, put a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the yolk with the sugar, milk and oil until smooth. Then add the flour and make a dough.

Beat the egg whites with a wire whisk until you get a thick foam, which you carefully combine with the dough.

Put the latter in the refrigerator for a few hours. When you take it out, form buns, which you bake in a pan with a non-stick coating, so as not to use fat and not to fry.

A golden crust should form on both sides, and when the finished buns have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
