Necessary products:

 

  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 3 sliced ​​bananas
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 grams of cocoa
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, prepare a rectangular pan and cover it with a sheet of parchment. Beat the egg together with the sugar, honey, cocoa, butter and sour cream.

Put the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine the two mixtures, mix until smooth and pour into the pan.
