How To Cook Bean Salad With Peppers, Parsley And Red Onion - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of white beans
  • olive oil to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt, pepper
  • vinegar to taste
  • 2-3 marinated red peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 head of red onion
  • 1 stalk fresh chervil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the beans in salted water and boil it. Strain, place in a bowl and add the chopped garlic, parsley, chervil and peppers. Peel an onion, cut it into crescents and add to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to taste. Stir and cool the salad. Pour and serve.
