Soak the beans in salted water and boil it. Strain, place in a bowl and add the chopped garlic, parsley, chervil and peppers. Peel an onion, cut it into crescents and add to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to taste. Stir and cool the salad. Pour and serve.
