Required products :
1/3 tea cup beans
3 tomatoes
1-2 cucumbers
1 onion
green spices to taste (lettuce leaves, dill, parsley)
For the dressing:
1 red hot pepper
3 cloves garlic
40 grams walnuts
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
salt to taste
water
Method of preparation :
Fill the beans with water, let stand overnight, then drain the liquid and boil the beans until done.
Cut the cucumbers into circles, the onions into semicircles, the tomatoes into oblong pieces, and chop the green spices by hand.
Mix beans, vegetables and green leaves in a salad bowl, mix all products.
You should make the spicy walnut sauce. To do this, mix the walnuts with the peeled garlic cloves and the peeled and chopped hot pepper in a blender bowl. Add salt to taste and grind until smooth. Pour enough vinegar and water to make a thick cream sauce.
Beat once more if desired.
Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing and serve.
