Required products : 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 450 grams of chicken breast cut into small pieces

  • 1 onion, cut into crescents
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 teaspoons canned cinnamon beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 cans of green hot peppers (or fresh hot peppers)
  • 400 grams of chicken broth
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 lime, cut into 8 slices

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Season the sliced ​​chicken breasts with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and saute in a saucepan for 4 minutes. Add onion and garlic, season with cumin, coriander, paprika and oregano and saute for 3 minutes. Pour 2 cups of cinnamon beans, water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, green hot peppers and chicken broth and bring the soup to a boil.
