Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 200 grams of corn
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the beans in water beforehand, preferably in the evening and boil it. Strain the broth from the cooking and set it aside. Pour water into a saucepan, add the oil and add the beans, corn and finely chopped onions.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Add finely chopped pepper, green garlic and chopped fresh spices. Boil until the liquid is reduced and pour the bean broth.

Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes. Cool, pour portions and serve warm, garnished with a slice of lemon, paprika and chopped green spices.
