The liver is a tasty and healthy product, but beef liver should be cooked correctly so that it is also tasty and tender. Overcooked liver becomes tough and less tasty. Remember that soaking the liver, before cooking, in milk or ice water will make it softer and juicier. Also keep an eye on the cooking time of the liver. You can cook beef liver in a saucepan, a double boiler and even a microwave. Choose the method that you like the most.
Recipes with Beef Liver
Step 1
For work, we need beef liver, a colander, a knife, a double boiler, water, a cutting board.

Wash the liver well.

Get rid of the veins, remove the film.

Soak the liver for 1 hour in ice water.
