Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with mascarpone, rum and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 egg yolks
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
500 grams mascarpone
1.5 teaspoons espresso
2 teaspoons dark rum
24 cookies
100 grams dark chocolate
100 grams cocoa powder
Method of preparation :
Beat the yolks and sugar until white foamy (about 5 minutes).
Add 1 tablespoon of coffee to the mascarpone and combine the rest with the rum.
Dip each of the cookies in the aromatic coffee for 1-2 seconds and arrange a row of them in a suitable deep form. You should distribute an even layer of mascarpone, again cookies and cream.
Close the container with a lid or cover with foil and store in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, sprinkle the surface of the cake with cocoa powder and return to the cold for a while.
Serve the dessert, sprinkling it with grated dark chocolate.
