Necessary products

About the base:

  • 80 grams of softened butter
  • 250 grams of biscuits

For the cream:

  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 340 grams of sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of blueberries
  • 25 grams of sugar

For decoration:

  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 25 grams of melted white chocolate

Method of preparation:

Grease the bottom of a form with a diameter of 20 centimeters (it is best to use a detachable one), turn on the oven to preheat to 130 degrees.

Crush the biscuits or crush them with a rolling pin, then mix with the softened butter.

Spread an even layer on the bottom of the prepared dish, press tightly, store in the refrigerator, and start making the filling.

Pour the blueberries and sugar into a small saucepan. Put on medium heat and let the fruit cook until thickened. Then cool.

It's time for the cream.

Mix the sugar and cornstarch. Using a blender, beat the cream cheese with the sour cream. Continue beating on low speed, adding the sweet dry combination, then the egg and vanilla extract.

Spread half of the cream on the cooled biscuit base. Fill a pastry syringe or plastic bag (the corner of which you cut) with the blueberry jam and spread it over the cream. Then cover with the remaining cream cheese and bake the dessert in the oven for 50 minutes.

When cool, apply apricot jam on the surface, garnish with fresh blueberries and pour over the melted white chocolate.
