Required products :

300 grams of wheat flour
about 180 milliliters of warm water
100 grams of walnuts
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
50 grams of parmesan (can be replaced with another preferred cheese / yellow cheese)

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour 2 times and add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir and add the grated Parmesan cheese and ground walnuts. Make a depression in the middle of the dry mixture and pour warm water into it. Make a dough that you knead until it stops sticking to your hands. It should be elastic and shiny. Shape it into a ball, spray with water, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise.

When it increases in volume, knead again and let rise again. Put it in a suitable form sprinkled with flour and use a knife on its surface to make a "grid". Spray with water and it should rise again, covering with a towel.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until done (about 40 minutes).

Check readiness with a toothpick or other suitable one.

When you take the bread out of the oven, spray it with water, cover it with a towel and let it stand for a while until it cools down.

Enjoy your meal!
