Necessary products:

5 chicken legs (top)

1 egg

1 sec. l. ketchup

75 grams of breadcrumbs

100 grams of ground peanuts

60 ml of vegetable oil

salt and spices for chicken - to taste and choice

Method of preparation:

Carefully remove the skin from the thighs. Beat the egg in a bowl, add ketchup, salt and beat once more. Mix the peanut powder with the breadcrumbs, add the spices and mix well (you can pour everything into a plastic bag and mix). Then pour them into a plate if you prefer.

Dip each of the legs into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs. Pour the oil into a hot pan (190 degrees) and cook the legs for 30 minutes, turning periodically on all sides.

You can serve with potatoes and vegetables.
