Required products :

  • 320 grams cleaned of bones and skin cod fillet
  • 200 milliliters of homemade lemonade
  • 110 grams of flour
  • 500 milliliters of frying oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • lemon and tartar sauce for serving

Method of preparation :

Put the fat to heat or use a deep fryer.

Mix the lemonade and flour together to make a liquid dough.

Cut the fillets into sticks, dip each in the flour mixture and fry for 4 minutes in very hot oil until golden and crispy.

If the fat is hot enough, there is no danger of the fish absorbing excess oil. Drain on a napkin and serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
