Required products :
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 packet of glued biscuits (Oreo type)
- frying oil
Method of preparation :
Heat frying oil in a deep pan (let the fat be more - about 5 cm from the bottom of the pan).
Combine the cake mix with the egg and milk (you can also use your favorite cake batter if desired).
Dip the biscuits in the dough and fry for 2 minutes until the cake pan is golden brown.
Drain on a plate lined with kitchen paper or a napkin and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Don't forget to serve the breaded biscuits with cold milk!
