How To Cook Brownie With Dark Chocolate And Peanut Butter - Recipe

Required products :

  • 225 grams of peanut butter
  • 200 grams of chopped dark chocolate
  • 280 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


Method of preparation :

Separate 50 grams of chocolate and peanut butter.

Mix the sugar with the remaining chocolate and butter in a pan, melt over low heat. Then remove from the heat and add the eggs one by one, stirring after each until absorbed by the mixture.

Pour the flour into the resulting combination, mix and distribute the dough in a pre-parchment-lined tray measuring 20 x 20 cm.

Melt the separated peanut butter in the microwave and pour it over the dough. Place the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Melt 50 grams of chocolate, which you left at the beginning. Pour the finished brownie with it.

Cool the dessert before serving.
