How To Cook Buckwheat Casserole With Minced Meat And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of buckwheat
500 grams of minced chicken
2 onions
2 carrots
400 grams of mushrooms
1 sweet pepper
3 eggs
300 grams of yellow cheese
salt and spices to taste
oil


Preparation :
Boil the buckwheat in water until ready, cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a large grater.
Fry onions and carrots in a little oil. Cut the mushrooms into large strips, the pepper into small cubes and cook them in a pan without fat until ready.
Then mix the cooked buckwheat, vegetables and minced meat in a saucepan. Add salt, favorite spices and stir.
Grate the cheese with a coarse grater and set aside 1/3. Mix the remaining amount with the eggs, which you have previously beaten with a pinch of salt to obtain a thick foam.
With this combination, pour the products into the pan and mix everything well.
Transfer the mixture to a pan, flatten, pressing to the bottom and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
When you take out the casserole, sprinkle it with the reserved yellow cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes to bake and form an appetizing coating.


You can serve it both hot and cold.
