Required products :
1.5 teaspoons bulgur
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pine nuts (or others of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon raisins
small bunch parsley (leaves only)
1/2 teaspoon pitted green olives
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Method of preparation :
Pour 2.5-3 teaspoons of water over the bulgur and boil it until ready (about 15-20 minutes).
Finely chop the onion and fry it in hot olive oil for 5 minutes until soft and red.
Pour the bulgur into a suitable bowl, add the onion, crushed nuts, raisins, finely chopped parsley leaves, olives and grated orange peel.
Mix all products, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, sprinkle with olive oil and the dish is ready.
