How To Cook Butter With Dried Fruits, Nuts, Chocolate And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 tea cups wheat flour
  • 2/3 tea cup crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 220 grams of cold butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 340 grams of dried figs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped pecans
  • 1/3 tea cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • peel of 1 orange
  • 60 grams of chocolate (natural)
  • 1/4 tea rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

Method of preparation :

Add baking powder, sugar and salt to the flour. Then add the butter and beat. Beat the eggs one by one and knead the dough, which you form into a sausage.

 

In a blender, grind the dried figs, pecans, raisins, apricot jam, orange peel and chocolate until smooth, pour in the rum and add the cinnamon.

 

Divide the dough into 10 parts, roll them out into rectangles, distribute the fragrant filling of fruits, nuts and chocolate in the middle.

 

Close it with the dough.

 

Cut each of the rolls into 6 pieces.

 

Arrange them in a pan and bake until golden brown.

 

About 15 minutes at 180 degrees are enough.
