Melt and heat the butter, fry the cabbage and add the lemon and its juice. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and hot pepper. Stir and stew the dish until soft.
In another bowl, heat water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Spread the egg and strain. Set aside.
Pour the dish into a plate, garnish with egg, add halved cherry tomatoes and garnish with sliced avocado. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
