How To Cook Calzone Stuffed With Minced Meat, Mozzarella And Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/8 teaspoon milk or water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable fat

For the stuffing:

6 basil leaves a
pinch of oregano a
pinch of rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable fat
125 grams of mozzarella
1 onion
400 grams of minced pork
salt to taste
400 grams of canned tomatoes a
few cloves of garlic - to taste

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk / water, add the sugar and let the mixture stand for 25 minutes. Then pour olive oil and add a little salt. It is time to add the sifted flour and knead the dough, leave for 2 hours in a warm place.

Peel an onion and garlic, grind them and fry for about 5 minutes in hot vegetable oil. Then add the minced meat, break the lumps and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add the minced tomatoes. Add salt to taste and stew the filling for about 5-7 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into large pieces, wash the basil, dry and chop finely.

Shape the finished dough into a ball, then roll out a circle, no thicker than 1 centimeter. Spread the filling over half and close with the free part or make two layers of dough, between which put the minced meat, mozzarella, spices and pinch the edges.

Coat the surface with egg yolk, place the pizza in a pan greased with olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
