Learn how to cook "Calzone with zucchini, olives and mozzarella". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (2 for the dough and 2 for the filling)
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • salt to taste
  • 4 balls of mozzarella
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 100-150 grams of stuffed olives with lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg yolk

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast and salt to taste. Pour olive oil, water and knead a smooth dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour to rise.

Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut half of it into straws, fry in olive oil, add salt and sprinkle with oregano.

Cut the mozzarella and olives.

When the dough rises, divide it into six equal parts, each of which roll out in the form of a circle with a diameter of about 15 centimeters.

Put the zucchini on half of the base, olives on them, and mozzarella circles on top. Close the filling with the free part and pinch the edges. Prepare the rest of the dough in the same way.

Arrange the pizzas in a greased pan and leave for 10 minutes. Then coat their surface with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven, which you have previously heated to 200 degrees (until golden).

Enjoy your meal!
