Required products :

  • Camembert cheese

 

For the marinade:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 15-20 grains of black pepper
  • 4-5 grains of allspice / Jamaican pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • oil to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the garlic cloves, add the red pepper and add salt.

Cut the cheese, giving the pieces shapes of your choice (circles, squares, triangles). Spread one side of them with the resulting garlic paste and glue two pieces.

Arrange in a glass jar, add the bay leaves, black peppercorns and allspice, mustard.

Cut the chili peppers and onions into thin circles, which you also put in the bowl with the other products.

Drizzle everything with oil that should cover the cheese.

Close the jar and let the appetizer marinate for 3-7 days.

Then you can enjoy eating it.
