How To Cook Camembert Puff Pastry Cake With Raspberries And Nuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Camembert puff pastry cake with raspberries and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry or 4 rolled crusts
  • 225 grams of Camembert cheese with white mold (1 pack) or use Brie
  • 150 grams of raspberries (can be replaced with other small fruits)
  • 30 grams of nuts (can be pecans or others of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cherry jam / jam (option is apricot or brown sugar)

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190-200 degrees.

Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of plastic wrap or arrange the crusts on top of each other, smearing each with oil.

Mix the cherry jam with the raspberries in a suitable bowl, heat, stir and allow the fruit combination to cool.

Then add your favorite nuts to it.

Carefully remove the package from the cheese, which you put in the middle of the dough.

Gather the edges to the middle, keeping the filling open at the top. Tie to keep the shape.

Put the fruit on the cheese.

Bake the delicious dish in the already hot oven for 20-25 minutes (until the dough acquires a golden hue).

When done, remove the string, let it "rest" for about 10 minutes and then serve with a glass of dry red wine.

Enjoy your meal!
