How To Cook Cannelloni With Minced Meat And Mushrooms In Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons saturated parsley
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 6-8 cannelloni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a pinch of paprika

 

Method of preparation :

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and pour in the finely chopped onion. A few minutes later add the garlic cloves. When the vegetables are fried, add the minced meat, mushrooms (chopped), stir to avoid lumps and fry for about 7-10 minutes.

Season the mixture to taste, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and stew the filling until done. Finally add the parsley, remove the pan from the heat and allow the filling to cool.

Pour half of the tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan, season to taste.

Fill the cannelloni with the cooled mixture of minced meat and mushrooms, arrange them in the bowl on the tomato liquid and pour over the rest of the sauce.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
