How To Cook Caramel Cake With Pears And Pieces Of Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

250 grams of flour
125 grams of butter
1 egg
50 grams of powdered sugar a
pinch of salt a
little cold water

For the stuffing:

5-6 pears
250 milliliters of liquid cream
150 grams of sugar (you can use less)
100 milliliters of water
2 eggs
vanilla to taste
pieces of dark chocolate


Method of preparation :

Sift the flour together with a pinch of salt and powdered sugar, then mix with the butter. Add the egg and vigorously knead the shortcrust pastry. If it breaks, pour a little water. Shape into a ball and store in the refrigerator. Half an hour later put in a suitable form, and should cover the walls of the vessel. Put in the freezer.

Peel a pear, grate it and slice it. Arrange them on the frozen baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, make the caramel cream. Mix the sugar and water in a suitable bowl and put on high heat. Let the mixture boil until it darkens a little, then add the cream, vanilla. Leave on the stove until the consistency is uniform.

 

Once the combination has cooled enough, add the eggs and beat. Drizzle the pears with cream and place pieces of dark chocolate on the surface.

Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.


You can serve both hot and cold.
