How To Cook Carbonated Cocktail With Vodka, Lemon Syrup And Rosemary - Recipe

Required products :

240 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice
30 grams of sugar
10 grams of rosemary
120 milliliters of vodka
carbonated water to taste
ice cubes

Method of preparation :

In a suitable saucepan, mix the lemon juice with the sugar and add 2 sprigs of rosemary. Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil. Stir until the sweet crystals dissolve and let the liquid simmer for about 2 minutes afterwards.
When the finished syrup has cooled enough, put it in the refrigerator for an hour to cool well.

Fill one or several tall glasses with ice to the middle and pour 2 tablespoons of lemon syrup and 1 tablespoon of vodka in each. Then top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with rosemary and serve a refreshing drink.
