Necessary products:

1 carp about 1.5 kg

300 g of raw mushrooms

white ground pepper

ground black pepper

herbs and spices

lemon juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp thick cream

1 sec. l. mustard

left

foil

Method of preparation:

Clean the fish, remove the head, fins and tail. Make incisions in it with a knife at a distance of 0.5 cm from each other. Rub the outside and inside with white pepper, salt and herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling.

Cut the onion into small cubes, add vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt and pour boiling water (enough to cover the onion) and leave for 20 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, put them on the stove and when they release their juice, add the soy sauce. Fry them until ready, season with salt, pepper and others of your choice. Then drain the onion well, mix it with the hot mushrooms and fill the carp with the resulting stuffing.

Make a mixture of cream, mustard, pepper, a little salt. Put the fish in a tray lined with foil, fold the edges so as to form a "bath", pour the filling, close the foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve!

Enjoy your meal!
