Required products :
2 large fresh and juicy carrots
1/2 small cabbage
1/2 tea cup peeled sunflower seeds
50 grams parmesan
olive oil
salt and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the carrots, chop the cabbage finely and mix the two vegetables in a suitable bowl.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, season to taste, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with olive oil. Mix everything and serve the delicious and healthy salad.
