Required products :

3 carrots

3 eggs

2/3 tea cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon leavening agent

 

For the glaze:

50 grams of butter

6 tablespoons sugar

4 teaspoons cocoa

4 tablespoons fresh milk

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the carrots finely. Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, pour in the oil and stir. Then pour the carrots into the mixture and gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the leavening agent.

Knead a homogeneous dough without lumps.

Grease a form with fat, spread the dough in it and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When the finished cake cools, pour the glaze over it.

Do it like this: put the butter in a small saucepan to melt, add the milk. When the combination boils, pour the mixed cocoa and sugar. Heat well and simmer lightly for a short time on a very low heat. Remove from the heat, cool and cover the cake.
