Required products :
1 banana
1 orange
1 apple
80 grams of carrots
to taste and optional
Method of preparation :
Peel the carrots, cut them into large pieces. Grind them as finely as possible with a blender.
Add the banana, peeled and cut into circles, and the apple, which you also peeled beforehand, cleaned from the core with the seeds and cut into pieces.
Squeeze the orange juice and pour it over the other products. Grind everything until a homogeneous mixture.
Sprinkle with finely ground walnuts, if desired, and serve (walnuts can be added to the smoothie during cooking, but do not overdo the amount of nuts).
