How To Cook Carrot Smoothie With Yogurt, Avocado And Hazelnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 well-ripened avocado
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • a handful of hazelnuts
  • cinnamon


Method of preparation :

Peel a carrot, cut it into circles and put it in the blender. Add the avocado, which has also been peeled thinly before, you have removed the stone and cut it into cubes.

Then add the yogurt and almond milk, a handful of raw hazelnuts and grind everything until smooth.

Divide the healthy drink into glasses and serve with a pinch of cinnamon.
