- for salads, cook cabbage for 6-7 minutes;

- 1/4 of the milk can be added to the water so that the cabbage remains white;
- frozen cauliflower is boiled in cold salted water, covered with a lid, for 12-15 minutes;
- it is better not to pour out the broth after boiling cauliflower, it contains many trace elements and vitamins.
Recipes with the ingredient cauliflower
Step 1
For cooking, we need fresh cauliflower - 200 grams, water - 500 ml, salt - 0.5 tsp, knife, kitchen board, saucepan, colander.

Bring water with salt to a boil. Drop the cauliflower into boiling water. Cook in boiling water over low heat for 10-12 minutes until tender, without a lid.
