Ingredients :
240 grams of cream cheese

  • 240 grams of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 tea cup ham
  • 1/2 tea cup black olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke core
  • 100 grams of feta cheese (or cow brine)
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon mix Italian spices

Method of preparation :

Cut the cream cheese into cubes, add the grated Monterey Jack, cherry tomatoes, ham, olives, artichokes, feta cheese, garlic, basil and season with a mix of spices.

Put the mixture in a yen pot and put the lid on.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
