Required products :

300 grams of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon dried garlic flakes or 2 cloves fresh garlic
120 grams of chilled butter + another 50 grams for spreading cookies

1 teaspoon fresh milk with a fat content of 3.2% (you can use kefir)
200 grams of grated yellow cheese
1/2 tea cup chopped fresh parsley
cut into circles green olives - the amount is to taste

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a suitable convenient bowl. Add baking powder, sugar, salt and garlic.

Grate the cooled butter on the dry mixture and stir to obtain crumbs. Add the grated yellow cheese and 2/3 of the chopped parsley to them (leave the rest for decoration), then pour in the fresh milk.

Knead a homogeneous dough.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and arrange circles of dough in it, which you form with a spoon.

Bake the cookies at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden (about 20-25 minutes are enough).

Meanwhile, melt the remaining 50 grams of butter, add salt and parsley. Optionally, add a clove of garlic. Stir and spread this mixture on the finished cookies.
