Method of preparation:
In a bowl, place the grated yellow cheese, soft cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, onion and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Add the flour and egg, stir and scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture.
Roll it in breadcrumbs and fry in very hot fat. Drain and arrange the yellow meatballs on a plate or platter.
Make the sauce by mixing the mascarpone in a bowl with crushed garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, spices and mix until homogeneous. Serve the dish with milk sauce and enjoy the taste.
