Learn how to cook "Casseroles of cheese, tomatoes and yellow cheese with savory and hot pepper". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
600-700 grams of white brined cheese
200 grams of yellow cheese
4 tomatoes
6 tablespoons oregano or savory
1 hot pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the cheese into pieces no thicker than 1 centimeter.
Cut the yellow cheese into thin slices.
Tomatoes - in semicircles.
At the bottom of the pots put first a row of cheese.
Continue with tomatoes.
Then yellow cheese.
Repeat once more in the layers of products in the same sequence. Sprinkle with savory or oregano on top and chopped hot pepper to taste.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
From the indicated quantities you will fill 3 standard pots.
Put them in the oven for about an hour, then stir the contents and serve.
