How To Cook Cheesecake With Jelly Milk Cream And Indian Cashews - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of cocoa biscuits
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • 4 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon and a half mascarpone
  • 1 cup ground Indian cashews
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 5 grams of vanilla

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grind the biscuits and mix them with the butter. Spread the resulting dough in a cake tin and cool. Add the gelatin leaves to the milk.

In another bowl, combine the cream cheese with the mascarpone, ground nuts, vanilla and powdered sugar. Add gelatin, mix and distribute the cream in the form.

Cool for two hours to harden and remove the form. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste.
