Necessary products:

150 grams of butter

4 eggs

750 grams of cottage cheese

75 grams of semolina

125 grams of sugar

1 pack. vanilla sugar

40 grams of coconut shavings

125 grams of poppy seeds

canned pineapple or other fruits - for decoration

100 ml pineapple juice (maybe oranges)

Method of preparation:

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and juice. Add the butter and beat everything with a mixer.

Beat the egg whites separately and add them carefully to the curd. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. Add the coconut shavings to one part and mix well. Put the poppy seeds in the other one, stir it as well.

Take a dish measuring 18/27 cm, line with baking paper, grease with oil. Using a tablespoon, place the two mixtures, alternating, so as to obtain a "chessboard".

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes. After turning off, leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Then remove the dessert from the pan, cut into pieces and garnish with pineapple pieces.
