300 grams of cookies are needed for the base of the dessert, and the rest are used for decoration.
Using a food processor or other suitable appliance, grind the biscuits for the base, they should turn into crumbs, which you mix with the pre-melted butter.
With this combination, cover the bottom of a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm and press the layer to make it thick.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Pour gelatin with water, then dissolve in a water bath.
Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar to obtain a homogeneous combination. An important point here is the temperature of Philadelphia, it should be roomy so that no lumps of chocolate form when you combine the two products.
This is the next step - mix the sweet cream cheese and white chocolate, add the dissolved gelatin, vanilla essence and stir.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream, which you add gradually, into three parts, stirring with a spatula.
The cream will harden quickly, so it is necessary to apply it on the cake immediately after preparation.
And so...
Spread some of the cream on the biscuit base and place a few whole cookies on top, as shown in the next photo.
Continue with the cream, biscuits again and finish with the cream.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.
When you take it out, all you have to do is decorate with whipped cream and whole chocolate cookies. To cut the cheesecake beautifully, use a hot dry knife.
