How To Cook Chicken Bombs With Bacon, Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken bombs with bacon, mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 fine slices of bacon
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of mushrooms, peeled and finely chopped
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • half a bunch of chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

 

Method of preparation:


Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms and onions until soft. Set aside. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts in half, but not completely.

In a bowl, mix the yellow cheese, parsley and sauteed vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, stir and fill the fillets.

Stick the lower and upper ends of the fillet with toothpicks. Wrap in bacon and arrange on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve the bombs warm with a garnish of your choice.
