How To Cook Chicken Breasts In The Oven With Parmesan And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products

  • 4 boneless halves of chicken breast
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to about 220 degrees.

Put olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan. Heat on the stove for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Pour them into a small bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Dip chicken breasts first in a mixture of olive oil and garlic, then in breadcrumbs. Aim to be evenly covered on both sides.

Arrange the chicken breasts in a pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. You can serve with a garnish of rice or vegetables. Enjoy!
