Required products :

1 kg of chicken heart
500 grams of rice (maybe basmati) or use less (depending on the desired
amount of ready meal)
800 grams of green beans (in this case frozen)
50 grams of tomato paste
salt and spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken hearts and put them in a dry pan. When they release the liquid and start to suffocate, add salt to taste, add other spices of your choice (for example, basil, sage, anise, hot red or black pepper, parsley, garlic ...). Pour some water into the container, close it with a lid and let the hearts suffocate for a while.

Then increase the temperature of the stove, add the tomato puree and stir vigorously for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are fried without burning.
Pour enough water to cover the hearts, add more spices if you want and let the dish continue to simmer.

During this time, boil the rice in salted water for about 5 minutes (the grains should swell quite a bit).

When the hearts are semi-finished, add rice with some water and salt if necessary.

If the small white grains absorb all the liquid, add more boiling water.

Put the green beans when the rice is ready. Five minutes later you can remove the pan from the hob. Leave the dish under the lid for about 10 minutes, then serve.

Enjoy your meal!
