How To Cook Chicken Lasagna With Milk Sauce And Pickles - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of lasagna crust
  • 1 onion, cut into crescents
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 500 grams of chicken breast, roasted or boiled
  • 3 teaspoons yogurt
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 pickles, finely chopped
  • 125 grams of cream cheese, natural
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • a few chopped fresh basil and parsley leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil water in a saucepan and blanch the lasagna crusts. Cool them in ice water. In a pan, heat half the butter and fry the finely chopped chicken, onion, chopped pickles, tomatoes, garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a pan, arrange part of the crusts next to each other and spread the filling on them. Cover with more crusts and stuffing, continue the arrangement in the same way, ending with a sheet. Heat the remaining butter in a pan, fry the flour and add the cream cheese.

Stir, dilute with a mixture of yogurt and cucumber juice. After thickening, spread the sauce on the dish, sprinkle with cheese and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the lasagna for 20-30 minutes, cool and pour it in portions. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh spices and serve.
