Method of preparation :
Season the meat with salt, pepper, half of the rosemary and lemon. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Put it in a saucepan and add the remaining products. Season and chop the rosemary on top. Drizzle with more fat and cover with foil. Bake until the meat and potatoes are ready.
Remove the foil and bake for a golden tan.
