Required products :
4 chicken legs
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
pinch of red pepper flavor or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon cooking cream
1/3 cup dried tomatoes (in butter)
1/4 teaspoon grated yellow cheese or other suitable cheese
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
fresh parsley for decoration
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Cut the legs into two parts and rub with salt and ground black pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan that you can then place in the oven. Fry the chicken until golden on both sides (about 2 minutes).
Take them out on a plate and put the remaining oil in the dish that remains on the stove. In it, fry the finely chopped garlic with the red pepper flakes. Pour the cream, a glass of water, pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, grated cheese and aromatic spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let the sauce cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Then return the legs to the pan and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the finished dish sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
