How To Cook Chicken Livers With Honey, Cognac And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 40 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 150 grams of onions
  • 150 grams of fresh raw carrots
  • 100 grams of green onions
  • black pepper, oil and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the carrots and onions. Cut the orange vegetables into long thin slices, the onion into quarters, and saturate the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and pour the vegetables into it. Fry them for 5-10 minutes and then add the liver and honey, pour soy sauce and cognac.

Close the pan with a lid and simmer the products for 15 minutes (stir periodically).

Cut the green onion into large pieces, pour it into the pan five minutes before the livers are ready and stir again.

The dish is ready to serve.
