Necessary products:

500 g chicken livers

2 onions (or as many as you want)

60 ml of oil or olive oil

2 s. l. flour

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash, clean the livers and cut them into smaller pieces if you see fit. Pour them into a colander to drain the water. Peel an onion and cut it into semicircles. Roll the livers in the flour, arrange them in a row in the pan and fry in very hot oil for about 3 minutes, then turn to the other side. It's time for the onion - add it, stir and stew for another 3 minutes on high heat. Add salt to taste, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and let the dish cook for another 4-5 minutes. 

If desired, you can add carrots and / or peppers in the preparation and serve with soy sauce.
