Learn how to cook "Chicken meatballs with couscous, spinach and steamed tomato". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
600 grams chicken breast
100 grams ready couscous
frozen spinach to taste
1 egg
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Drain the water from the spinach and grind it with a blender. Grind the chicken breasts as well, then mix them with the spinach. Add the prepared couscous, egg, spices and finely chopped tomato. Knead the minced meat and form small meatballs from it.
Steam them (you can use a mullet, steamer or ordinary saucepan for this purpose), it takes about 20 minutes.
