How To Cook Chicken Meatballs With Zucchini And Cottage Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of minced chicken
200 grams of cottage cheese
1 zucchini
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons potato or corn starch
salt and ground black pepper to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation :

Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater and drain the liquid. Finely chop or grate the garlic.
Mix the minced chicken with the grated zucchini and cottage cheese, add the garlic, egg and starch. From the resulting combination form meatballs with wet hands. Fry them first in hot oil over high heat until a yellow crust forms on their surface, then reduce the temperature of the hob, close the pan with a lid and let them cook for another 5 minutes.

If you prefer, you can make steamed meatballs.
