How To Cook Chicken With Leeks And Mushrooms, Baked Under Puff Pastry - Recipe

Required products :

  • 480 grams of boiled and sliced ​​chicken
  • the white part of a leek stalk, cut into thin pieces
  • 130 grams (2 thin strips) of bacon (without skin) - you can use smoked
  • 200 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 1/3 tea cup of sour cream (with about 20% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (divide it into 4 parts)


Method of preparation :

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the leeks, diced broth and mushrooms in it. Add the flour and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Then gradually pour the broth, stirring constantly. Finally add the mustard, cream and chicken.

Divide the mixture into 4 bowls (casserole type), which you close with a piece of puff pastry. Press the ends of the "lids" lightly against the dishes.

Place in the oven that you previously heated to 180-200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
